- All Gardeners are required–as per contract–to volunteer for 2 hrs per month by working in the Food Bank or other common areas, performing tasks such as weeding, etc.
- When the Plant Sale comes around, we are always happy to have volunteers
- Gleaning from the Food Bank Garden and bringing the produce to the Food Banks is another way to volunteer
- In addition, weather permitting, we occasionally schedule work days, so that many hands can make lighter work of large tasks, such as removing dead plant material, etc.
- Helping with End-of-Season clean-up days is another way to contribute.
Keep an eye on the Website, Facebook Page, and/or the Information Kiosk (near the restroom in the garden) for information about ways to volunteer and keep Eden Community Gardens a shining jewel of the neighborhood.
