• 2-3 cups fresh basil
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, or more to taste
  • 1 cup pine nuts (or walnuts)
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Romano cheese

Blend in a food processor in the order given. Add salt to taste.

NOTE: Basil and garlic are natural antibiotics, so it will stay a long while in the refrigerator but turns brownish in the air, so cover tightly.
