1 cup gluten-free flour 1 ½ cups gluten-free flour
1 tablespoon baking powder 1 ½ tablespoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt ¾ teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients: Wet Ingredients:
¼ cup applesauce 3/8 cup applesauce
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Blend wet ingredients in Ninja or Magic Bullet.
- Combine with dry ingredients.
- Let batter sit while skillet is heating.
- Follow skillet directions for cooking pancakes.
Optional: Add dairy-free chocolate chips to tops of pancakes after you pour batter onto the skillet
Peanut Sauce for Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Blend the following in Ninja or Magic Bullet:
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup natural peanut butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon plant milk
