¾ cup blanched almond flour                             1 1/8  cup blanched almond flour

1 cup gluten-free flour                                         1 ½ cups gluten-free flour

1 tablespoon baking powder                               1 ½ tablespoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt                                                       ¾ teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients:                                        Wet Ingredients:

¼ cup applesauce                                       3/8 cup applesauce

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Blend wet ingredients in Ninja or Magic Bullet.
  3. Combine with dry ingredients.
  4. Let batter sit while skillet is heating.
  5. Follow skillet directions for cooking pancakes.

Optional:  Add dairy-free chocolate chips to tops of pancakes after you pour batter onto the skillet

                        Peanut Sauce for Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Blend the following in Ninja or Magic Bullet:

  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon plant milk
